Good questions, Duncan. I like his list and attitude towards his running heros. Also, I thought it was interesting that his brother is the only person that he wouldn't mind being beaten by.

Finally, if you showed me that photo and told me that guy was a 2:15 marathoner, I'd say 'no effing way!!!'
